The reservation is considered valid with the consequent payment of the 25% deposit and then the total balance 15 days before arrival.
How to modify the resevation?
It is possible to change (names on) the reservation WITHOUT PENALTIES up to 30 days before arrival, but please check first the AVAILABILITY, for dates or structure variation.
What are the payment methods?
The reservation can be paid by credit card online, calling with one of our operators or by bank transfer.
We accepted VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CARTASI, AMERICAN EXPRESS. You can also pay in 3 installments, without interests, with Scalapay.
Are there minimum stays? Fixed arrival and departure days?
The minimum number of nights and the day of arrival may vary on some accommodation units.

Local tax
Yes, only in some of our Camping Villages there is a tourist tax, a tax that each guest must pay for each night spent directly at the reception.
The amounts vary according to the municipality.
Enviroment Contribution
Every holiday has an environmental impact, but together we can do something to reduce it!
To safeguard and preserve the magnificent habitat of the naturalistic areas, in which our structures are located, we have introduced the “Environmental Contribution”. it is added to the total amount of the stay and is entirely intended to finance actions for environmental sustainability.

Cancellation: How are the cancellation conditions?
The request to cancel a reservation must be submitted by email. Cancellation by the customer for the entire or partial stay, delayed departure or early return is subject to a penalty of the amount paid.
You will be charged 25% of the amount paid, up to cancellations 15 days before the arrival. From the 14th day the penalty will be 100%
In reservations with a minimum of 4 nights is included the service SAFE TRAVEL GUARANTEE that allows the refund of the amount paid, within the insured limits, by insurance policy for certifiable cases and other reasons included in the policy itself; for cases excluded from the policy, the sum paid by means of a voucher issued directly by Baia Holiday is guaranteed.

In bookings confirmed covered by the Safe Travel Guarantee, we guarantee, free of charge, the total amount paid by you, within the limits established.
Is there any Coupon for cancellation?
Yes, Baia Holiday offers to the customers, who included the Travel Safe Guarantee in their booking, its own guarantee to cover penalties for withdrawal from the contract for reasons not covered by the Travel Safe Guarantee, exclusively by issuing a coupon.

Sure, our facilities are equipped to better accommodate families with also some 4-legged members. Baia Holiday is pet-friendly and based on the property you choose for your next stay, you will find sea and beach areas dedicated to your pet, reserved shower services, welcome kit in collaboration with Monge, distributors of hygienic bags.
Is there an extra fee for the dog?
A supplement is applied to the stay, and the cost of the final cleaning is MANDATORY for the mobile homes.

Can I book the ferry?
Yes, Baia Holiday thanks to the partnership with the main shipping companies, offer a ferry booking service for Sardinia from the ports of Genoa, Livorno, Piombino and Civitavecchia to Olbia, Golfo Aranci and Porto Torres, from where our various Camping Villages can be reached by car.
The price of ferry tickets varies according to the shipping company, the type of route (daytime or night time), and accommodation.
